    between Andrea360 and the relevant Organization.<\/p>

    References to \u201cAndrea360,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d refer to the applicable entity
    Providing the app infrastructure.<\/p>

    2. Roles Under Data Protection Law<\/h2>

    2.1 Organization as Data Controller<\/h3>

    In most cases, your organization determines:<\/p>

    • What personal data is collected?<\/li>
    • The purposes for which personal data is processed<\/li>
    • How long personal data is retained<\/li><\/ul>

      In such cases, the Organization acts as the Data Controller<\/strong>
      under applicable data protection laws.<\/p>

      2.2 Andrea360 as Data Processor<\/h3>

      Andrea360 acts as a Data Processor<\/strong>, processing personal data
      solely on behalf of the Organization to provide hosting,
      infrastructure and technical functionality of the App.<\/p>

      Andrea360 does not independently determine the purposes or means
      of processing membership-related personal data.<\/p>

      3. Personal Data Processed<\/h2>

      Depending on the organization's configuration, the following categories
      of personal data may be processed:<\/p>

      • Identifying information (e.g., name)<\/li>
      • Contact information (if provided by the Organization)<\/li>
      • Membership information and status<\/li>
      • Reservation and attendance records<\/li>
      • QR code identifiers<\/li>
